I set up the company to work independently with individuals and groups. Including small to medium businesses and global industries. As someone who is actively passionate about realising potential, building resilience, and successfully managing change. I have found that the rapid and positive impact of coaching and development enables us to successfully manage change and take control of our future in work and life.

What led me to even be aware of my style and how I approach coaching comes from my clients. This led to me be passionate about how we can become unblocked and move upwards. Also, how we can successfully manage personal change and develop our potential, inspiring others to realise and reach for their aspirations.
